As someone who starts their day very early and has to drive into town from katy (about 35-45 minutes depending on traffic to come here I truly appreciate the new opening time
I will be able to get friends to come with me now because everyone always complain that the hours before are not great for nap/lunch times!!

We hosted my daughter’s second birthday party here and it was a great experience! The team was very attentive and helped us setup/breakdown decor and serve food/cake. We enjoying coming here! Not sure if they changed management or what but things have improved for the best!

They made better use of the same and it doesn’t look as empty as it had looked just a month ago! Even the restroom looked more “kept”

Definitely will be visiting more frequently now!

We do love that there is are two sides, one catered to under 5 and the other side for older kiddos. I do wish that the younger side was strictly for under 5 as the older kids do get a bit aggressive around the littles. No one enforces what side kids stay on.

We had our daughter's 5th birthday party here yesterday and everything EXCEEDED our expectations!  Corey was extremely helpful and quick respond to questions leading up to the party.  We purchased the Princess Party package and walking into the room, our jaws dropped.  The decorations by Chyanne were INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!  We received so many compliments, and had to break the news that we had nothing to do with it!  I brought extra decorations expecting to add to what was there, but didn't need to supplement anything.  She thought of it all.  The entire room was festive and felt complete.   Having a separate photo balloon arch was genius and a great way to use the space.  And adding a banner to the opposite side made every angle of the room fun.
Our party hosts, Luz and Erik were MVPs.  They were friendly, accommodating, gave the best advice, proactive, kind to our guests and us, and took the pressure off so we could enjoy the event.  They had hustle and urgency and simply rocked it.  I understand Wonderwild is under new management, and whatever it is, please keep doing it!   The focus on the customer experience was evident, and I truly appreciated the heart you all put into making it a special event for the birthday girl.  Cheers.
